SKINCARE
1) How many times do you wash your face daily?
I wash my face twice a day without fail, both in the morning and at night.
2) What skin type do you have? (dry,oily,combo)
I have Combination skin, however, it can turn to extreme oily skin if it gets too humid.
3) What is your current facial wash?
Currently I am using a Face Wash called Acmed which is amazing on my skin and has helped to significantly reduce my acne spots.
4) Do you exfoliate?
Yes I do. However, I exfoliate only once a week.
5) What brand do you use?
I use Vichy Normaderm 3 in 1 Cleanser Scrub Mask for my exfoliation.
6) What moisturizer do you use?
I use Hadalabo Gokujyun Premium Serum and Organic Aloe Vera Gel
7) Do you have freckles?
No, I do not have freckles
8) Do you use eye cream?
Yes I use the Moisturising eye cream from Emu Oil
9) Do you or did you have acne prone skin?
Yes, I do have acne prone skin and usually get hormonal acne
10) Did you ever have to use Pro-activ?
Never

11) What foundation do you use?
Depends. Currently I am loving my Stila Stay All Day Foundation
12) How about concealer?
NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer is my go to, however, I do love my LA Girl Concealer in Pure Beige as much and love to switch it back and forth depending on the look I go for.
13) Do you know your undertone color?
Yes, I have a very warm undertone with lots of golden yellow tones in it
14) What do you think of fake eyelashes?
I love wearing fake eyelashes, however, I am way too lazy to do it all the time!! LOL!
15) Did you know that you are supposed to change your mascara every 3 months?
Yes definitely, but I try and change it almost every 4 months since I do not go outside as often because I do my business from home.
16) What brand of mascara do you use?
Maybelline Falsies at the moment but my favourite of all time is L'Oreal Telescopic. I find it better than most of the high end brands I have tried.
17) Sephora or MAC?
Both but prefer Sephora! There is no Sephora where I live currently, however, there are few in Bengaluru and other few metro cities in India but honestly, the price difference is extreme compared to US and UK so I prefer to shop from Selfridges, Space NK etc.
18) Do you have a MAC Pro-card?
No, I do not own a MAC Pro-card. In India, a MAC Pro card can be used only at their Pro store in Juhu Mumbai so it is kind of pointless for me even if I held one... Sigh!
19) What makeup tools do you use in make up application?
Brushes from Zoeva, Wayne Goss, Real Techniques and Sigma mainly and I love my Real Techniques Miracle Sponge. I also use my fingers sometimes to blend the product in.
20) Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes?
Yes, I use either Urban Decay Primer potion or a base like MAC Soft Ochre. Sometimes, I also like to use my concealer all over my eyes. It all depends on my mood and preference each time.
21) For the face?
Yes, depending on the look. I love using MAC Strobe Cream, Benefit Porefessional or Smashbox Photofinish Primer. I alter it based on the look I have in mind.
22) What is your favorite eyeshadow (color or shade)?
Oh no there is no one shade!!! I generally use a lot of warm toned shades but I do a lot of daring brights and darks as well! If I have nothing in hand I would easily use Browns, Bronze, Copper, Orange, Taupe, Gold, Khaki, Grey, Black tones first above all other shades. Lately, I have also been using more burgundy tones in my eye looks from my Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette.
23) Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner?
I use a Gel eyeliner mostly and if I want my eye look to be stronger, I would go over the gel eyeliner with a liquid eyeliner. That would make the gel liner even more black and crisp.
24) How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil?
Never! That sounds actually scary!!!!
25) What do you think of pigment eyeshadows?
I love using Pigments !!! They are super and makes your look stand out better when used with a medium or MAC Fix plus.
26) Do you use mineral makeup?
I used to use mineral makeup a lot before but not much now. Although, I do love using Bare Minerals and their range of products . They were one of the first brand of makeup through which I learned to select the right foundation shades and to blend the product perfectly.
27) What is your favorite lipstick?
Oh never one!!! I have hundreds so it is impossible to select one!! I love liquid lipsticks more and my favourites are from Stila and Lime Crime. Currently, I have also been loving the formula of Coloured Raine Liquid Lipsticks as well. As for lipsticks, I had a MAC lipstick obsession and have around 60 lipsticks from them and they are of course, a cult favourite. However, I love love love Chanel Rouge Allure Velvet formula! They are super comfy to wear and amazing!!
28) How about lipgloss?
I love MAC Lipglass in Chai and Oyster Girl but love to use it on top of lipsticks! I also love NYX lip glosses.. They are super pretty and comfy and they also taste good!
29) What is your favorite blush to use?
Sleek blush in Honour is one of my favourite blush of all time! I love all the Sleek blush range. NYX Blushes are really pretty too! Another favourite of mine from the drugstore is L'Oreal blush in Rosewood.
30) Do you buy your makeup on ebay?
Not makeup but maybe few brushes! Some of them are quite nice to be honest and they are perfect for my classes when I teach makeup!
31) Do you like drugstore makeup?
I LOVE drugstore makeup!
32) Do you go to CCO's? (cosmetic company outlets)
No, I haven't been to one but would not mind checking one out if I do get a chance but there isn't one where I live.
33) Did you ever consider taking make-up classes?
I do wish to pursue a certification one day from a makeup school I have in mind.. but do not know when!
34) Are you clumsy in putting on makeup?
No, I am never clumsy.. I enjoy putting my makeup on every single time!
35) Name a makeup crime that you hate?
Pastel pink eyeshadows on people with very warm undertones.. without using something on the crease to bring in dimension!! It looks patchy! Also, seeing women use pastel pink shimmery/frost eyeshadows on the crease. That is definitely a CRIME and it is indeed a BIG, HUMONGOUS, GIGANTIC NO!
36) Do you like colorful shades of makeup (lipstick,eyeshadow) or neutral ones?
I love BOTH!!! I can wear most of the shades out there and I love colours!
37) Name a celebrity who always has great make up?
Not one!!! I love Rihanna, Beyonce, Blake Lively and Kim Kardashian. From Bollywood, I love Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone. I love Audrey Hepburn, Elizabeth Taylor and Sophia Loren's retro style in makeup. I also adore the Jlo glow!!
38) If you could leave the house using just ONE make up item,what would you use?
Lipstick! I find it difficult to go outside without some lip shade on!
39) Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on?
Of course, definitely! I do it all the time (maybe with a slight lip tint on... shhhh)!
40) Do you think you look good even without any makeup on?
Most definitely!! Although we become quite judgemental of ourselves when we are used to seeing us flawless with all the makeup but I do like the natural me as well. My husband appreciates me either way! :)
41) In your opinion, what is the BEST makeup line?
Oh there are sooooo many to choose from!!! From High end I would say MAC, Nars and Urban Decay are really good.. Although my favourites are from Makeup Forever, Chanel, Charlotte Tilbury. From Drugstore I should say I love Sleek, NYX, Kiko and Rimmel. I also love Milani a lot! Makeup Revolution and Freedom Cosmetics have literally stepped up their game well too. As for Indian brands, PAC is doing an amazing job with their formulations and even Sugar Cosmetics are really good!
42) What do you think of Makeup??
Makeup is my passion, it is my art, it is my religion and I adore it beyond words!!!!
