Kerala’s Face Palette Makeup Academy Joins Prestigious United Nations Global Compact Programme, Paving the Way for Global Impact in Beauty and Skill Development

6th November, Kochi, Kerala — Face Palette Makeup Academy, a Kerala-based social impact venture, is proud to announce its acceptance into the United Nations Global Compact Programme in India. As one of just 344 companies in India, and one of 23,028 globally across 160+ countries, Face Palette stands alongside giants like Tatas, Adani, Birla, Airtel, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, JSW, and Godrej in this global initiative for positive change, dedicated to responsible business practices and sustainable development.

Founded by Lekshmi Menon FRSA, who returned from the UK to Kerala to empower women to become financially independent and contribute to the state’s economic growth, Face Palette Makeup Academy is celebrated for its mission of women’s empowerment through makeup artistry. By offering courses primarily in Malayalam, the academy has provided training to thousands of women across Kerala and beyond, equipping them with valuable skills for employability and entrepreneurship.
