Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Face Palette, we focus on delivering high-quality education through our online and offline makeup courses. As we do not sell or ship physical products, please note the following policy regarding course delivery:

1. Course Access – Online Courses

• Upon successful registration and payment, access to online courses will be provided within 24 hours via email or our learning platform.

• You will receive login credentials and relevant instructions through your registered email address.

• If you do not receive access within the stipulated time, please contact us at hello@facepalette.in or call +91-9847074073.

2. Course Delivery – Offline (In-Person) Courses

• For offline courses conducted at our academy or partner locations, detailed joining instructions including the schedule, location, and contact details will be sent to your registered email within 48 hours of confirmation.

• You are responsible for making your own travel and accommodation arrangements unless otherwise stated.

3. No Physical Shipping

• Face Palette does not ship any physical items. All services and course materials are delivered either digitally (online courses) or in person (offline courses).

4. Support

• If you experience any issues accessing your course or require further assistance, our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM IST.
