We reserve the right to modify, cancel or append to these Terms and Conditions without notice. The current Terms and Conditions always appear on our Website. On renewal of Sessions or Purchase of any perform product or service, the most recent Terms and Conditions shall apply.

FEES AND REFUNDS

• Customers will pay FULL FEES at least 48 hours before course start date.

• The customer must pay any bank charges from overseas payments.

• Courses and work shops are subject to cancellation if minimum numbers are not met. In this case, FULL refund is applicable.

• All deposits and registration fees are non-refundable. Fees are not refundable once paid even if cancelled or interrupted through an act of God or terrorist act. Customers have the option to postpone attending the course in the next available date. Customers are eligible to postpone attending the course only once.

• No entitlement to a refund for anyone who chooses not to do the course once final payment has been received. No matter what the issue.

• The Face Palette does not take any responsibility for customers who fail to pay full fees and will not be permitted on the course.

• Failing to attend the confirmed course or failing to complete a course or workshop forfeits any refunds.

• Refunds for confirmed bookings can be issued for a variety of reasons, but are typically dependant on the cancellation policy for a particular service of product. Refund amount will be processed following the sharing of the purchasers bank account details and the transfer will be made in 5 business working days after deducting the administrative cost expenses and cancellation fees which will be intimated to the customer prior to the refund. In case of refund of payments to people who made the payment via third party applications like paypal , the refund will be initiated via paypal in Indian rupees and any additional charges will be borne by the customer.

BEHAVIOUR/ATTENDANCE

• Customers are expected to behave in a professional manner. If they fail to do so and disrupt the rest of the class, The Face Palette is permitted to ask the customer to leave the premises.

• If a customer fails to meet the attendance required for the standards of learning by The Face Palette, we reserve the right to withhold the certificate of completion.

• Due to copyright infringement we do not permit the use of video cameras or audio recording equipment. Still cameras are permitted to record customer work only.

• Classes will start promptly at the scheduled times whether all customers are present or not. Customers who are late may have to miss a section of the class if it disrupts the rest of the customers. Criteria set by The Face Palette must be met for completion of the course.

• If you miss out on learning due to lateness or non-valid excuses, it is not The Face Palette’s responsibility to teach the customer what they missed.

• Customers are expected to arrive on time or contact the us at the earliest opportunity if they are going to be late.

• Class times include from start of unpacking and include packing away and leaving the studio in an acceptable state.

• The Face Palette facilities should be left in an acceptable condition after every class.

• Course hours may vary without notice.

• Any time off during the course must be discussed and agreed before completion of enrolment. Time off during the course is not recommended due to the intensity of learning.

FORBIDDEN ACTIONS 

You are not authorized to:

• Use this Website to advertise for products of any kind and for other Websites

• To infringe the Copyright policy and Comment policy of this Website

• To attack this Website using malicious software and/or use this Website for data mining

• To commit any illegal actions while using the Website, or against this Website

TRAVEL CHARGES

The Face Palette charges a per hour fee for any mobile service. Travel charges and other expenses will be billed at actuals. Please contact us directly for more information.

LOST AND DAMAGED

• If a customer causes damages or removes equipment belonging to The Face Palette they will be asked to leave immediately and the police will be called. Stealing, abuse and disturbance to the class will not be tolerated to any degree. If the customer damages anything to do with The Face Palette, the customer will be billed and the local police will be contacted.

• The Face Palette accepts no responsibility for damage caused by lack of care and thought. This will be chargeable to the customer.

• The Face Palette accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Leaving personal belongings alone is at your own risk.

• These terms and conditions form the contract between The Face Palette and the customer. Only The Face Palette is authorised to modify or relinquish any of the conditions above.

 

GENERAL

• Customers will be accepted on the course if they meet the full criteria.

• All applicants must be over 16 years old and able to pay the deposit at time of enrollment. The Face Palette reserves the right of change and confirmation of another date; this is down to discretion and subject to availability. 

• The Face Palette must be notified of any medical conditions or illnesses within 24 hours to ensure the safety of other course participants.

• The Face Palette can not be held liable should any medical issues arise during training on the course.

• The customer understands that use of shared tools, beauty products and equipment are at their own risk. Customers are also fully responsible for maintaining the highest level of hygiene. The customer will in no way hold The Face Palette responsible should any issues arise due to the use of their personal and/or shared tools, beauty products, and equipment.

• Course content and fees are subject to change without any prior notice to customers.

• All courses are taught in English or Malayalam so customers without an understanding of English or Malayalam will not be allowed in classes without the assistance of a qualified interpreter, which is down to the customer to organize.

• Photography of customers is permitted to be used by The Face Palette for social media and advertising purposes.

• Once accepted on an The Face Palette course you will receive receipt of deposit and a letter of confirmation.

• Customers will learn on each other for the professional make-up courses.

NO GUARANTEE

The Face Palette makes no guarantee regarding the validity of the content of the Website. In addition, The Face Palette does not guarantee that the Website will be accessible at all times or during any down time:

• Caused by outages to any public Internet backbones, networks or servers

• Caused by any failures of your equipment, systems or local access services 

• For previously scheduled maintenance

• Relating to events beyond The Face Palette’s control such as strikes, riots, fires, floods, explosions, war, terrorism, governmental action, labor conditions, natural and/or man-made disasters, or interruptions in Internet services to an area where The Face Palette or Your servers are located. Although The Face Palette will try to moderate comments quickly, The Face Palette makes no guarantee to the Commenter that its comments or trackbacks will be displayed promptly, without modifications, or that they will be displayed at all, as all comments will be published to the discretion of The Face Palette.

Each party acknowledges that the other party has entered into this Agreement relying on the limitations of liability stated herein and that those limitations are an essential part of the Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, The Face Palette shall not have any liability for any failure or delay resulting from any condition beyond the reasonable control of The Face Palette including but not limited to government action, labor conditions, power failures, natural and/or man-made disasters, The Face Palette is not liable for the content of any comments the Commenter might leave on this Website (see Comment policy).
