Lekshmi Menon is the CEO of Face Palette Makeup Academy. She is the first Indian Makeup Artist to be nominated to the 265 years old London based Royal Society of Arts (RSA). She was awarded at the British Parliament in London as one of the Top 50 Beauty Industry leaders in Europe and India. She was featured as Leading Light by Britain's Asian Voice (UK's Largest and Oldest Weekly) and is the the 2nd Indian from Beauty Services Industry to speak at the British Parliament in London after Shahnaz Husain.
